Emily Kaley, MS, RD, is an elite performance dietitian with a Master’s in Sport Nutrition. She has worked with some of the world’s top athletes, including Team USA Swimming and Track & Field at the Olympic Training Center, as well as professional players from the Chicago Cubs, New York Mets, and Washington Nationals.
Emily also provided nutrition expertise to Madison Square Garden teams, including the Knicks, Rangers, and Liberty, where she helped athletes optimize performance through precision fueling.
Her approach emphasizes fueling for performance, recovery, and long-term health, making elite-level nutrition accessible to athletes of all levels.
